Design Rights

 

Katie Crompton owns all design rights and can reproduce designs. Under the Copyright Act, original jewellery designs are considered “visual art”. Katie Crompton's designs are automatically protected by copyright law when the original work is created.

Bespoke commissions

 

Bespoke engagement rings crafted in 18ct gold and/or platinum start at £4,000 (one complimentary resize is offered within 6 months of purchase). Bespoke necklaces, earrings, or rings crafted in 9ct gold, 18ct gold and/or platinum are quoted on an individual basis. Jewels crafted using heirloom stones and wedding rings are also quoted on an individual basis.

You can contact Katie Crompton regarding a bespoke piece of jewellery via email or WhatsApp. Once initial ideas have been discussed and the price of your bespoke piece of jewellery has been confirmed Katie Crompton requires a 50% deposit payment in advance of crafting your jewel. The remaining balance for your jewellery will then be due on completion. Please note payment must be made prior to shipping or collection.

Marketing

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may photograph and record the crafting process of your custom piece, including work-in-progress images and the finished jewel, for portfolio and marketing purposes.

These images may be shared on our website, social media platforms, and in other promotional materials.

We will not share identifying information.
